As part of the Recycling Memories project Year 9 pupils from Campion School spent time exploring creative approaches to recycled materials. The project has focused on The Shoe, and artist Emily Warner has been exploring traditional re-use techniques with the pupils to create decorative panels using the materials. The project has run in response to a body of contextual information which documented the history of shoe making in Warwickshire and covered the historical memories collected by Fiona Henderson of Bath Place. This was a Heritage Lottery funded project coordinated by Bath Place Community Venture.
