• Subscription to WEAVE entitles educational, youth and community establishments to use the service provided. Anyone or any group using these services must be a current subscriber.
• WEAVE aims to supply materials for groups and individuals but it cannot guarantee to supply any such materials.
• WEAVE will take all reasonable steps to ensure that the materials it supplies are safe when they are appropriately used. We ask that users take responsibility for the materials they are taking in terms of ages and abilities of the people they are working with. WEAVE advise that all materials must be washed or cleaned prior to usage.
• If you bring children to WEAVE you are responsible for their safety at all times.
• WEAVE asks all users not to stockpile goods but encourages them to ask if they might need a quantity of a particular item.
• Any materials or resources supplied by WEAVE must be used solely for the activities of the user or user's group named on the registration form.
• The materials must not be resold, exchanged or used for any other purpose including commercial gain (this includes the use of materials in training or workshop delivery) without the prior agreement of WEAVE management.
• The management of WEAVE reserves the right to refuse or suspend the registration of any group or individual for any reason.
• WEAVE will not be held liable for any damage, loss or injury which might arise from using materials supplied by WEAVE however caused.
